PASSION PROJECT - TREE OF KNOWLEDGE

For my passion project I tried my best to create from my idea of a tree of knowledge filled with all the different types of learning there are for people. The main types of learning I wanted to focus on we're visual, auditory, and physical touch, but I learned of more along the way.

The head full of gears was an I used to show the idea of logic in general which is really just taking the new things you hear, see, touch or say, and thinking about them in your mind.

The sound wave was put into the tree of knowledge to show the thought of learning through hearing things. Some people learn easily when they hear a word or phrase repeatedly. When studying vocabulary for example, a person may say the definition of a word over and over again and this helps them personally learn.

The yelling mouth was put in to describe the idea of a verbal leaning, who learns from talking about things and speaking about a subject. 

The eye was the first thing I thought of when I thought of this real tree of knowledge visually in my mind. I thought the black and white eye was too normal and boring so I put a real eye over the top of it to add some effect. The eye was put in to describe a learner that sees things and can immediately transition that into their mind. Some visual learners may have photographic memory.

The handprint was put into the tree of knowledge to bring out the idea of a physical learner. A physical learner is a person that easily learns when they do something with their hand or physically doing something to become better and understand something. This can be related to someone who plays sports as they need to practice something over and over again to become better/

This was what I ended up with. The Tree of Knowledge.
